Susan is taking a Culinary Arts class this year. It's almost three hours long every day, and it will a dual-enrollment class with UNM-G. However, it is taken at the high school, because the high school has the kitchen and the teacher for it. She is learning lots of new techniques and terms. We can't wait for her to start making some of these things at home for us!
She has her own hat and chef's coat that she has to wear in class. She's very excited about that. Here she is!

You need to save that hat and coat and use if for a Halloween costume one of these days! Those things are hard to find! But she sure does look cute!
