December 2025 Part 1

These actually took place in November, but they are Santa pictures, so I am posting them in a December blog.

Santa dropped by to wish the kiddos a Merry Christmas!

Calvin was one happy camper!

Emily on the big guy's lap!

Eli's turn!

Peter gets his turn to visit with the Man from up North!

Even David's not to big yet to sit on Santa's lap.

Even Susan isn't too big.

I couldn't pass up my turn!

Chelsea and Brian got me flavored whipped cream for Christma!  They also got me this whipped cream ornament.  Everyone knows how I feel about whipped cream!

We went in to Albuquerque to go to the temple, to help Carol and Mark with Christmas decorating, and to go to Costco.

Carol's favorite decoration is this village that my my mom made.

Doug played Santa at the Ward Christmas Party.  These are Minnie (Browning) and Christian Woody's brand new twins!

I love Santa!

Our Family in October and November

October and November 2025

On one of our temple weekends in Farmington, we used a gift card and went out to lunch at Outback with Brian and Chelsea.

It was fun going on a double date!

We went up to McGaffey to see the changing leaves.  Our favorite trail to hike is the Quaking Aspen trail, because there are a couple of places where the aspens make a fairly tunnel to walk through.

I'm sorry to say that all the aspens were dead--not just leafless, but dead.

We went to Queen Creek for Papa's 93rd birthday on October 31.  All of his living kids and their spouses were there together at the temple in Gilbert.

Peter was baptized in Farmington on Nov. 1.  We sure love that boy, and are pleased with the choice he made.

During Conference, Peter, Emily and David helped us make our Halloween window!

Brian's birthday was on our temple weekend.  We hadn't been with him on his birthday for years!

He had a butterfingers cake!  It was amazing!

Brian made us Bangers and Mash with onion gravy!  Absolutely delicious!

Raking leaves.

Eli and Calvin playing Mousetrap with Grandad.

Every year the kids in my class disguise a turkey so it won't get eaten for Thanksgiving.  Cataleya diguised her turkey as me!  I love it!
