We just made pita bread!
When we went to Mesa last weekend, we stopped and picked up stuff to make sandwiches in the car. We got pitas from the Safeway bakery instead of bread. They were delicious! We bought some at Safeway yesterday. Again... delicious. So we decided to try one more time to make pita bread. (We tried about 10 years ago and it was a flop.) Wahoo! It worked, and it is delicious!
