So, after we had the two Silverleaf Maples removed, we were standing in the front yard and remarked how ugly the Weeping Plum tree is and always has been. Why we choose a weeping tree, we'll never know! So the dad said he'd chop it down, and he did! After it was down, we decided that the little dwarf pear we had up in the front of the trees would look, and probably thrive more, if it weren't under the shade of the Bradford Pear tree, so the dad dug it up and moved it. The whole adventure took about an hour. We think it looks much better now.

| Look at those dorky, whispy, weeping branches! |
| It's looking better already! |
| Cutting down the stump! |
| The dad used the pick-up and a come-along to pull out the remaining stump! |
| The new tree is in place. (He pruned it after he put it in, so that's not what it looks like now. |
| All that digging and pulling caused him to pull a muscle in his back! Thank heavens for ice bags and chiropractors. |
