We are a Wild Bunch, We Are!

Holy cow! Weekends sure do fly by these days.  It's already Monday, and it's already time to head back to school in just an hour.

We are wild and crazy ones--we live life on the edge!  Here's a quick look at that weekend in pictures.  Brace yourselves.

Susan got caught up on her scrapbooking.  (I'm still not done with mine.)

Dad did the pruning a couple of weeks ago.  How he's spraying with dormant oil, because the trees are... dormant.

We decided to make seafood sensations in homemade pitas for Saturday's dinner.

Two of our hens have started laying!

Susan is excited that she gets to be the first to dip into the new tub of butter.

We ate leftover pitas with grilled chicken for Sunday dinner.

They were fresh and delicious!

I like 9:00 church.  It gives is nice long afternoons at home.  We are putting together a puzzle that Brian and Chelsea brought us.  It's a hard one.  There is A LOT of brown.  Yep!  a great way to end a wild and crazy weekend.
