March Madness!

 Here are some March happenings around our lives!

After May Nez was sealed to her late husband, Rudy, we took her and her son out to eat at Mimi's in Albuquerque.

This month I have been working on trying to make the perfect loaf of whole-wheat sourdough bread.  This was cooked in a cast0-iron Dutch oven in the oven.

This is the banana holder my sweetheart made for my birthday!

I've also been experimenting with making lemon curd and orange curd.

For Dr. Seuss's birthday, we made Circus McGerkus Pink Lemonade!

We read Butter Battle Book and decided whether we like our bread better butter-side down....

...or butter-side up!

Red Rock had a Dr. Seuss Family night!
