Holy cow! The weeks seem to fly by these days. Yikes! Here's our last one!
| Last Sunday, for breakfast, the dad made French Toast Tortillas from the "... Tortilla" book. Nailed it! |
| For dinner, we made the "... Ground Beef," book recipe. It was The Tomato Ground Beef Skillet. NAILED IT! So far this one has been my favorite. It's like homemade Hamburger Helper, only fresher and tastier! |
| We also made Potato Fans from the "...Potato" book. They were good and pretty, but they tasted just like baked potatoes! |
| Ladies from the branch. This was our montly Relief Society extra meeting. We only had three show up this time. Usually we have quite a few more! |
| Our Christmas Cactus has been absolutely gorgeous this year. It didn't bloom at Christmas. Maybe it's actually an Easter Cactus! |
| It was Little Red Hen week at school. We planted wheat, we ground it into flour, and we made bread. The kids had fun writing and making books about the adventure! |
| We had to get a new water heater this week. The dad is putting the doors back on the closet. |
| The dad straightened out the railroad ties. They were starting to twist a bit. |
| Those railroad ties are heavy buggers. |
| Almost finished... We're getting the new tree put in on Monday. Now it's ready! |
| We moved the oak trees for now! |
| It was that horrible, horrible moment. I finally got around to doing the taxes. We wound up getting a good refund again, but I still hate it! |
| The rough job is done at last! |
| The rough job is done at last! |
| For Epic Pi Day, the dad made Beef Pot Pie from the "...Canned Biscuits" book... |
| ...and Mini Peach Pies from the same book! |
| Spring is on its way! The apricot tree is nearly in full bloom. |
| The grape hyacinths are blooming, too! |
| We crossed off all the things we needed to do this weekend from our list! Job well done. |
You are doing good at your resolution!!
