Canned Corned Beef!

Not an amazing blog.  Yesterday we got corned beef brisket on a great sale, so we tried bottling some.  It's a new adventure.  As St. Patrick's Day is coming, we were in the mood.  We haven't tried any yet.  I hope it's good.  A couple of weeks ago, I made Reuben Soup with canned corned beef and sauerkraut.  It may not sound that great, but it was delicious!  With all this corned beef, we can have it more often!
