This post is going to be a mish-mash of stuff--no real theme. I'm going to post pictures as I am able to pull them. Hopefully some day soon I'll be able to find a way to organize things a little better. I have a tough time dealing with changes in technology.

| This year our quest is to make a new recipe every week this year in our Instant Pot. This is Instant Pot Paella. |
| This is Polynesian Rice cooked in the Instant Pot |
| Not sure what this one was. |
| We made a roast with new potatoes we harvested last fall. |
| We went over to Farmington to see Brian, Chelsea and their boys in February. I have no idea where the rest of the pictures we took ended up. It was a fun weekend! |
| We went to Phoenix to see Amy, Cody and Eli, and then we went over to Mesa to see Papa and Carlene. Eli loves "Dwandit." |
| Amy made heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day! |
| We did sealings at the Phoenix Temple with Amy. Because she's basically a water buffalo until the baby gets here, Amy was a witness instead of a proxy. Good experience! |
| We had an adventure at IKEA. So of course, we had Swedish Meatballs for lunch! |
| I'm not sure where the rest of the pictures wound up. We also took pictures at Papa's house. Again, I'm not sure where those pictures went, either. We stopped for a hike on the way back to Gallup. |
| It was a prickly pear wonderland! |
| Instant Pot Coconut Milk Rice. |
| On my birthday weekend, which was a temple shift weekend, Brian and Chelsea came from Farmington and met us in Albuquerque. We kept the kiddos while Brian and Chelsea did a session Friday evening. Chelsea brought a delicious birthday dinner, and we feasted in the hotel. See my Red Sox Birthday Cake? It was cute and delicious. |
| Poor Brian was sick as a dog and miserable. He had the flu and a fever. Poor baby. I took more pictures, but where they went, I don't know. |
| We went out to lunch on Saturday after the temple shift with Carol and Mark at Fudrickers! |
| Happy Birthday to me! |
| Eli and I send "dings" to each other when we video chat. |
I still can't figure out why only some of the pictures from my phone wind up in My Pictures. Hopefully one of my children can help me discover the secret mystery spot where they hide some day!
