Our National Day Celebrations for November!

| November 1 is National Vinegar Day. We put a teaspoon of vinegar in our foot juice mixed with chia seeds every morning. It's our delicious morning elixer. |

| November 21 is Great American Smokeout. (It's a day for all smokers to give up smoking for the day.) Since we don't smoke, we plank-cooked salmon and had smoked salmon for dinner. |
