It's already a week into July, and I'm just getting around to doing June's blog. (We went to Las Vegas, then American Fork, and then we had our Independence Day get-together, so I haven't really had a minute to do it. It's Sunday now, the family has all gone home, so it's quiet and I have a few minutes to work. Micah stayed here with us for a week. He and Grandad are playing Pizza Party!

| It's also Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Day! We made a no-bake cheesecake pie with home-bottled strawberry rhubarb pie topping. It was delicious! |

| It's also National Herbs and Spices Day. Here is my herb garden where you can see chives, parsley and dill growing to celebrate the day! |

| It's also National Black Cow Day. (We have done a lot of celebrating today.) A black cow is like a rootbeer float with chocolate syrup mixed in with the root beer, and then it has whipped cream and a cherry on top. It was delicious except for the chocolate syrup mixed in with the root beer. |

| On June 24, we celebrated National Pralines Day by getting Pralines and Cream Ice Cream Cones at Hagan Daas in the MGM Grand. |

| On June 25, we celebrated national Strawberry Parfait day by making delicious parfaits in our hotel room! |

| June 28 is National Logistics Day. Grandad and Micah had to figure out the logistics of making this train track work! |

| Salmon is the State Food of Alaska. They were giving taste samples at Costco. The lady didn't have any samples ready, so we just took a picture of the bag of salmon patties. |

| Erika is celebrating by eating peaches--the state fruit of Alaska! |

| Then she celebrated some more later by projectile vomiting those same peaches several times. |

| June 29 is National Camera Day. Steve took pictures with his fancy camera! |

| June 30 is National OOTD Day--Outfit of the Day Day! Here we are modeling our lovely fashions that we wore to travel to Gallup for Girls' Week, bought in various locations around the globe! |
As I'm typing this, we're already a full week in to July, but you won't see those posts until the end of the month!
